And as far as Wach knocking out McBride it really means absolutely nothing in the big picture, why? Because McBride is s scrub always was a scrub and now happens to be a 300 pound washed up scrub. Think about this, McBride was knocked out by a fighter with a career record of 16 (9)-36(11). And that was in 1997 when he weighed 250.

The fact that Adamek did not knock him out also means nothing. Simply, because he dominated him and Adamek's power has always been overrated even at lt heavy.

As for Wach's record the highest ranked fighter he beat comes in at 159 and sadly that was not even McBride. All of his other opponents are ranked well over 200 and even way up into the 400's. So, I vote no Wach is not a viable contender. Regardless of how old or how young he happens to be he in no way shape or form should be fighting for the unified WBO, IBF, WBA and Ring heavyweight championship of the world. And that is not even taking into account that Wlad would absolutely murder him.
I agree completely. We would never even have heard of MacBride if he hadn't fought Tyson. He is a poor a fighter as you can find and for him to fight even a tyro like Wach, was already a huge mismatch.

This 'floated" fight should not take place. Wach has no place in the ring with the World Champion, and I have far too much respect for both Klitschkos to believe that either of them would regard Wach as a viable opponent. Perhaps all this recent Polish enthusiasm is affecting them and they are thinking more of a popularisation to attract another huge gate in a new boxing nation, than the actual suitability of the opponent.

Yes, he and his Jedi Warrior boyfriend only think it's cool if THEY are doing the mudslinging.

Sling any back and they call you a racist and want you banned.

Will you ****ers stop the bickering and keep on topic? Let's talk about Wach-Klitschko and forgo the personal attacks on each other. Otherwise, GFO...

so ppl who wanted wlad to fight arreola, shouldnt mind if wlad fights Wach

No matter who Wlad faces, people will hate even if Povetkin, helenius or
I would almost agree with you. However, even Joey Abell is a better opponent than anyone Wach has fought.

That's the reality of the Division.
Maybe that' was because Klitschko trained for a fight and not for an Olympic 400 metres.

                Here's the reality.

Wach just brutally KO'd a guy that Adamek couldn't hurt, and even got knocked down by (it wasn't counted but should have been), back in April.

Adamek is now fighting Vitali, so many will think, why not have Wach fight Wlad? Wach's size at 6'8" also makes it interesting for those who want to see a Klitschko fight someone their own size.

Wlad wants to come back and fight in NYC. With the huge Polish fanbase in NJ, and the large East Euro fanbase in South Brooklyn, a Wlad-Wach fight makes economic sense. They could sell out Prudential Center in Newark, and maybe even MSG.

Arreola wants another warm-up and Fury isn't ready, Povetkin and Liakhovich are tied up.

Wach is 31, not 23 like Tyson Fury. If he gets the offer, he has to seriously consider that it might not come again.

So if Wach gets the offer and if it is generous enough, I think he'll take it.

I'd only be too happy to do that. I *was* doing that until certain parties showed up.

I guess I am not the only one paying attention.

Is the heavyweight division this bad, that Wach is the only viable opponent for Klit to fight?

                      I guess so.
