    Slow fighters that had speed???

Your prbly asking yourself how does that make sense. But I'm asking you to name a fighter who was always labeled as slow but had deceptive speed no one noticed unless you looked for it?

    Mines Forman what's yours?

I read your description and then saw that you had the same answer as me!

I think Ali's taunting is mostly to blame for Foreman being perceived as slow.

I don't think Ricky Hatton got enough credit for his speed- especially his footspeed.

Cotto would have been my pick too for this current generation. Wlad is also a good shout.

I always thought barrera, morales, marquez...all 3 of them their speed was overlooked.

Glenn Johnson...in fact that has jogged my memory...Carl Froch.

            Bernard Hopkins.

None all of these guys were percieved as slow, but definitely underrated speed in all cases

Alexis Arguello got his punches to the mark very quickly, not the quickest guy but his speed was in his timing.

TS the word you're looking for is 'agility'.

Bernard Hopkins fits what you're describing to a T.
