The Mayweather-Ortiz fight is the most meaningful fight out of the 3. And, except for the Alvarez-Gomez fight the undercard is damn good.
And, the Margarito-Cotto fight is the fight that I'm most interested in out of all of them. Just because of the history, drama, controversy of the first fight. And, I have a strong feeling who will win the Pac and May fights. But, I don't know who will win this fight. I keep going back and forth.Comment

I am ordering both of those events. Not this crap though.

So why aren't you ordering Pac vs Jmm? Do you see it as being a blow out, or just no longer a good matchup?Comment

I find it funny how when the Mosley fight was signed people were mentioning JMM as a better opponent. I didn't buy into that. I thought it was the same crap as Mosley still believe too.
Pac should of fought Berto instead of Mosley. That was the legit fight. And, right now he should of went after Ortiz instead of JMM or even Bradley I think it's legit.
And, what kills me that I won't be surprise if he fights Cotto next if Cotto beats Marg at JMW. I mean it will be continuing the trend.
I doubt he fights anybody like Bradley. If he fights anybody that's a prime. It will be maybe against someone like JCC Jr. Someone of that level and for a bogus 9th title at MW. To cheat history once again.Comment

Because, it's a crappy fight. He's fighting another recycled fighter. That has been Pac trend lately either fight recycled or washed up fighters. I don't think this fight is better than the Mosley fight on paper. Both going into the fight was a waste of time. I didn't order Mosley either.

He clearly did a major duck, there was no reason for not fighting Berto. He should have beaten that Young Lion, instead of going for Grandpa Lion Mosley.
Truth about it, is Pacquiao should have cleared out all those Young Lions by now, Bradley, Ortiz, Berto, and even Rios if he wanted to. But no he would rather take the safest fight possible.
And of-course he is gonna take Cotto next, Cotto gone get another ass-whooping, it could have been worse though, I was hoping that Judah wouldn't pull a upset and beat Khan, can you imagine Judah vs Pacquiao?Comment

Exactly, people say Berto was a overhyped fighter, and some people think he was a bum, but Pacquiao should have been the first guy to beat Berto.

So of course he should have fought Berto. There was no reason to make the Mosley fight. None whatsoever.
And, TBH I feel the same way about Ortiz. But, I have always felt that way about Ortiz. I just think he's getting over hyped and overrated by a few now. I think Pac would stop him as well. i think Floyd maybe stops him for sure wins going away IMO. But, that doesn't matter. Because, Pac should of fought him instead of JMM. Ortiz is the best WW not named Mayweather/Pacquiao plus has a belt as well. It's the best fight that could be made.
So shame on Pac for fighting these garbage ass fights. And, props to Floyd for fight Ortiz. It's a legit fight.
Give me young top rated prime title holders>>>>recycled, shot to pieces, washed up fighters any day.
And, you right the Judah fight would have happened if he somehow would have beaten Khan.
Just pure garbage.Comment

1. He doesn't have enough pull to postphone a fight or to persuade Manny for not taking one.
2. Koncz knows diddly about boxing. He's never fought, been with any other fighter, no experience whatsoever.
The fact is, Pacquiao was moving up in weight to make bigger paydays while Marquez was staying at the weight. If Marquez also moved up, maybe the fight would've happened sooner.
Why fight now? Pacquiao has basically no one left. People talking about Berto...Andre Berto who can't sell a ticket. Ortiz---he has been at 140 for how long? Before his big win, everyone rode that guy down. Who else? Bradley? Again, 140 and can't sell a ticket. Even still, Bradley is being lined up. Fact is, Pacquiao went for names like De La Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, then came close to getting the Mayweather fight, it didn't happen so he fought other top ten ranked welterweights. Joshua Clottey, for those with short memories, destroyed Zab Judah worse than Amir Khan did, lost a very narrow split decision to Cotto in Cotto's backyard, and was beating Margarito until he broke both hands. He was young, strong, never been hurt, former world titlist...Shame Mosley backed out of a fight with him, and preferred to opt for Berto instead of taking Clottey on. But since Pacquiao embarrassed him and he's need a long time to come back to the sport, people forget about him and hurl mud at Pacquiao.
When Manny opted for more money by fighting Mosley, people said he should've fought Marquez. When Manny agrees to fight Marquez, they say he's too old and he should go fight someone else. The middleweight champ of all things. Or, some unknown American fighter who can't draw flies. Get real. Pacquiao is scared of no one and is looking to earn the right dollar at the right time. Why is that a problem?Comment

Truth be told. I'm one I think Berto was over hyped. I felt that back then. And, I thought Pac would have stopped him inside 5 rounds. But, he was the highest rated WW not named Mayweather/Pacquiao. That was the best fight that could have been made that didn't involved Mayweather. Plus he had the WBC belt so it would have been a unification.

All you can ask of a P4P champion is for him to take who's next in line, and if that person next in line happens to be overhyped, a bum by some standards or too green, then thats not the P4P champs fought, but aslong as he takes them by there numbers (you can't complain about him cherry picking when he's clearing out his division.)
Well with the way you feel, I guess we've come to the conclusion that MARTINEZ is in another GALAXY when it comes to Pacquiaos next opponent, LOL!!
I could almost bet millions and be right that Martinez isn't next as some Pacfans may say that Pac will fight him in order to upstage Floyd.Comment
