First off, to question when the third fight was postponed really tells me that just jumped on the wagon in '08 despite you running around on NSB claiming you've been a fan of the sport for a long time.

Secondly, didn't Pacquiao agree to random drug testing going in to the Margarito fight? So why didn't they opt to fight Marquez, then? Why not in the next fight instead of Mosley?
