Now that Pacquiao has agreed to using USADA to do random blood testing all the way to the day of the fight, I predict that this will be Wifebeater's next excuse to duck Pacquiao:
"Pacquiao has to train 100% of the time in the United States. By training in the Philippines, he is hiding something because he knows USADA can't take blood tests of him in the Philippines. It has to be in the contract that Pacquiao trains in the United States 100% of the time, from beginning to end or we don't fight. I just want to keep the sport clean. I'm the Martin Luther King of boxing."
