No. Kahn and Ortiz are not great fighters. Good but not great.

I would've loved it if Floyd fought Cotto, Margarito and Williams, hell, even Cintron. He could've beat all four of them in the 2 years that he took off and that would have shut up all critics.

On his resume:
De La Hoya and Mosley are shoe ins for the HoF(although they were quite old when Floyd beat them)
Hatton and Judah were in their primes but had a lot of if's about them.
Honorable mention goes to Castillo and Corales.
Sure you could say Gatti but he's just a popular name fighting completely out of his league.
