Has Khan mentioned Matthysse at all?

I keep hearing him say that he'd be happy to fight Morales if he gets by Matthysse, but what about if Matthysse beats Morales? Would he unify with him?

I don't get why he hasn't mentioned that fight. I think he'd beat Matthysse. He takes too many breaks during rounds to outdo Khan. It took Maidana 10 rounds to find a good shot and he pressured his ass for every second. Can't see Lucas getting as lucky.

If Matthysse grabs that WBC belt, Amir will take Matthysse in consideration for his December fight.

        He better!

It's the next best opponent after Bradley at 140 at the moment. I would prefer the Matthysse fight though (we all know a Maidana rematch won't happen) as I can see Bradley butting Khan for an epic fight ending gash.

Basically cause Khan at this point is boxer/business man... If Morales wins then that is a name for Khan to fight, beat, and cash bigger checks on.

If Matthyse wins then it is a relatively unkown fighter who has 2 losses to American fighters already.

Exactly. Realistically, khan doesn't get too much out of any 140 pounder other than Bradley. But, Morales would provide a ton of cash and further raise his profile.

Morales will probably lose, but I think he has a shot.

So Peterson, who lost to Bradley and drew with Ortiz and is also unknown makes more sense? At least Matthysse's losses are debatable. Peterson lost like every round against Bradley.
