I would give Holyfield a maximum chance of 5% of beating Haye now.

You have to remember, there is a hell of a big difference between Holyfield of today (the same one who should have retired about 8 years ago) and Wladimir Klitschko. Haye was outclassed in Germany but he would have way too much for Holyfield if they fought in 3/4 months time.
