Yes, he hadn't at or fought around that weight for years. He also was just old as dust, and lets not forget his confidence not being that high after a asswhooping from Mayweather and really being beat by Mora.

Lol Mosley was shot worse than ****, I only gave him the benefit of the doubt when it came to Mayweather due to his fight against Margarito, but that got him no where.

Never been KO'd. Spends the majority of his fighting years campaigning at 140, moves up to fight Berto and loses by UD, comes back down to 140, then gets KO'd by Alexander.

Now mind you,he lasted 12 against the best fighter in the sport,but not really.There is no reason why Mosley should have been able to do that against the sports best,none.

I don't think he was drained more than just not having it anymore.

Had he looked something like this at the weigh ins:

Then we definitely can make a case. He seemed like he was in good shape to me.
