And the fact that he expects a tough fight is a pretty good indication of what sort of level Humberto "the bum" Soto is at.

Its his first fight at 140 I dont see the big deal really, ya he needs to step it up a bit with his competition, but I think hes going to have to considering he wants a belt at 140 and the only 2 champs are pretty solid. 140 a decent division Soto could match up with Maidana-Guerrero winner or even Soto-Katsidis early 2012 would be cool.

He says that cause he's playing mind games, to lure the big names like Pac, JMM, MAB, Guerrero into fighting him, cuase they all ducked him.

Soto isnt a 3-time/divisional world champion, with 14 world title fights fought already, for nothing.

            :****you:

Soto tried to fight JMM, Pac, MAB, EM, Valero, Guerrero but they all ducked him.

He didnt fight Rios, cause Top Rank owes him more than 1 Million.
              Its a contract dispute.
Lightweight titleholder Humberto Soto, claiming he is owed more than $1 million by Top Rank and that his promotional agreement with the company is expired, has declared himself a free agent, attorney and co-manager Michael Miller told ESPN.com.

bam bam should stop running from Mercito Gesta, whom has called out Rios many times, but Rios is too scared to fight, which is why Rios ducks him.

Rios also ducked Juan Diaz many times.
                Rios ducked Jorge Linares too.
                Rios ducked Miguel "Titere" Vazquez.

Rios is a big ducker, cause Rios is a scared chicken.

Soto didnt fight Rios, cause Top Rank owes him more than 1 Million, and Soto wouldve been stuck with TR.
