You're misunderstanding, I'm not saying that Wlad Klitschko would float like a butterfly and sting like a bee. He'd do something similar that he did with David Haye.

Ali would obviously be one the move. Think of Mayweather using his boxing skills against Judah, but being the one that came forward intelligently. Or Cotto coming forward intelligently against a Malignaggie - who thought he was gonna Float and Sting his way to victory like a prime Ali, against Cotto.

Ali would have to deal with punches coming from a range he hasn't seen his entire career. A guy a couple feet away from him and still managing to reach him.

Now sure, Wlad hasn't seen a Ali style in his career either but if I were a betting man. My money would be that someone of Ali's size and style struggles and has more trouble dealing with a Klitschko. THen a Klitschko would with dealing with a Ali.
