    correct me if im wrong

[FONT=Comic Sans MS][SIZE=4][COLOR=Blue]it is my understanding that deigo corrales came in the ring at 147 , and jlc was 148 , it would seem to me the weights were even .

i understand that they were at the welter weight limit not the light weight , but as far as weighing the same they did . so it would seem even if it was not legle it was fair.

Corrected slightly ...fight time Corrales 149....Castillo 147 it made no difference.

Only the people who dont know how to play the cards are arguing that 3 lbs made the difference. If you wanted to make a real arguement you would have to say that Castillo didnt have to struggle to make wieght

That's the point I was trying to make. Corrales had to dry out to make 135 & JLC didn't so he came into the fight heavier at weighin than normal & stronger.

          hmm

I don't know why this topic keeps coming up. They never even showed what each fighter weighed in the ring just prior to the fight so no one knows. Just because Castillo weighed 147 at a 3 p.m. weigh-in you think he weighed that in the ring? No. Especially not since he usually enters the ring at around 153 lbs.

Castillo still had to make 147. If he went over he would be fined. So he coulden't blow up like most people are saying he did and he had to work to keep his weight down. Stop with the execuses. Corrales has no chin he was exposed by Mayweather and by Castillo. He does have a great recovery time and I honestly have no idea why he didn't get up in their second fight.

i dont udnerstand how one could say, that castillo coming in 2 lbs over weight is cheating, but corrales taking out his mouthpiece is not
