You are being too humble, we all know that when Charlie Z went to punch the PSI machine it broke and all the power in that city went out. There is no machine on earth capable of measuring Charlie Z's power. When he punched that redneck in the face the reason you didnt see anything was because he punched him so hard that each Hartley that was in a parallel dimension died, thats right.
