As the weeks close down, it's appearing more and more likely that Juan Manuel Lopez's rematch with Orlando Salido is going to take place in first quarter of 2012. With available televison dates dwindling down, Juanma's co-promoter, Peter Rivera of Puerto Rico Best Boxing, has been telling reporters that it's very likely that Juanma is going to take a tuneup fight before the end of the year to avoid a long stretch of inactivity before a planned rematch with Salido. In April, Salido (36-11-2, 24KOs) stopped Lopez (30-1, 27KOs) in eight rounds to capture the WBO featherweight title.

Salido is acting like a punk but did Juan Ma give that Matagwa guy the rematch after he clearly beat Lopez no he didn't so karma is what it is anyways Salido whips Lopez in his casa again same fight same out come.

HA, Lopez got blown out. He's not very good, never was. He's sloppy, throws terrible looking punches outside of his right hook, and has ZERO defense. I don't think he knows what a jab is.

The one thing I disagree with people on is his chin. His defense just sucks so much and he gets hit so clean SO often that I'm surprised he hadn't gotten KO'd before. His chin is actually solid to me, he just gets hit so clean.

Juanma, should take a tune to start fixing his defese or lack of problem, then fight Gonzalez and move up, or simple move up already, dude is walking at around 145 pounds, he should be fighting at 130 already
