Which upset is most likely to happen?

I haven't put money down on a fight for a while but there are three possible upsets I could see happening which i'm interested in betting on.

Marg over Cotto
Froch over Ward
Ortiz over Mayweather

I think all three upsets would only happen by KO which kicks up the profit margin.

Ortiz is unlikely but at 7/1 its worth putting sonme spare change on in my opinion.

Margarito is paying 7/5 to Ko Cotto which i think is well worth a shot

Froch/Ward odds are not avaliable yet but i could see Froch pulling it off

Froch over Ward but that's not really an upset IMO

That's tough. I'd say Marg over Cotto. A lot of people think Cotto has looked good in his last few performances, but he has looked extremely vulnerable to me.
