All these guys are "pound for pound" to me.

Heavyweight: Vitali Klitschko, Wladimir Klitschko, David Haye
Cruiserweight: Marco Huck, Alexander Frenkel, Steve Cunningham
Light Heavyweight: Bernard Hopkins, Jean Pascal, Chad Dawson
Super Middleweight: Lucian Bute, Carl Froch, Andre Ward
Middleweight: Sergio Martinez, Dmiriry Pirog, David Lemieux
Light Middleweight: Miguel Angel Cotto, Carlos Molina, Erislandy Lara
Welterweight: Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayrweather Jr, Victor Ortiz
Light Welterweight: Amir Khan, Timothy Bradley, Lucas Martin Matthysse
Lightweight: Juan Manuel Marquez, Robert Guerrero, Brandon Rios
Super Featherweight: Adrien Broner, Takashi Uchiyama, Mzonke Fana
Featherweight: Yuriorkis Gamboa, Orlando Salido, Juan Manuel Lopez
Super Bantomweight: Rico Ramos, Fernando Montiel, Toshiaki Nishioka
Bantomweight: Nonito Donaire, Abner Mares, Vic Darchinyan
Super Flyweight: Tomas Rojas, Omar Andres Narvaez, Hugo Fidel Cazares
Flyweight: Giovani Segura, Pongsaklek Wonjongkam, Hernan Marquez
Light Flyweight: Roman Gonzalez, Adrian Hernandez, Ulises Solis
Minimum Weight: Kazuto Ioka, Nkosinathi Joyi, Raul Garcia

Everyone will argue about David Lemieux being #3 but he will be the top man at middleweight and will be back strong. To me Lemieux was teaching Rubio a lesson till one shot got him in a good place and broke his jaw. Lemieux is still top 3 in my ipinion
