Nope, he never said he was afraid of needles. Bob Arum said that. He did say the latter though. He had many excuses of why he lost to Morales the 1st time. It was the shoes, the socks, the gloves, the haircut, the blood test the day before the fight. He keeps on changing his excuses and that's why he looks ****** most of the time.
