I figured Chic would lose this fight, but I still wanted him to win. I wont even attempt to lie to myself in the 3rd fight. He stands little to no chance.

I really think the first fight was the last fight Corrales will ever be able to take shots like the ones he took from Castillo ever again, especially from Castillo ever again..But who knows, with more rest this time around and lack of punishment in this last fight, well that might make the 3rd fight last longer but I'd still say Castillo wins just because it took a Miracle to happen in order for Corrales to win the first time, not to take anything away from him but lets be serious..

Yeah but look at how many of those punches land and how many punches Castillo picked off with his gloves.

Then look at the rematch and see how much better Castillo was on the outside. When they jabbed Castillo slipped Corrales' jab and landed a harder jab. Castillo also landed several punches from the outside.

Corrales has never been an outside fighter. His game is to be close, & throwing those very short & powerful shots. Just because he's tall, it doesn't guarntee that he'll be effective from the outside.

People got mixed up watching Corrales fight Casamayor with mainly a jab, Casa was a tricky southpaw and the best way to hit him from chico's point of view was with his jab.

I laughed my ass off at Chico trying to jab. That was so ineffective, omg. He couldn't even use his height to his advantage effectively. Never will be able to because he's too ******. And the more he gets KTFOed, the more ****** he'll become. He'd better retire while he still has some brains left.

People got mixed up watching Corrales fight Casamayor with mainly a jab, Casa was a tricky southpaw and the best way to hit him from chico's point of view was with his jab.

Also......Casamayor spent most of that fight (first half)...staying as far away from Chico's lethal hands as possible. This enabled Corrales to move behind his jab & punch.

Once Casamyor got brave & closed the gap some, the fight became very close, & Casamayor started doing damage.

Chico is my boy....but I know what he is, & what he can/cannot do.
The dude is a puncher, period. He is not a boxer, & at his advanced age & after so much success....the mold is set.
