  • Would Barrera fans be happy if he never avenged his loss to Pacquiao?

I hear Morales-Pacquiao II is an eliminator bout for Barrera. We all know Morales wins this one, but will he really fight Barrera again? Doesn't seem like Morales wants it. I say regardless of who wins, Barrera needs to avenge his loss to Pacquiao. How can you get your ass handed to you like that and never even try to get a rematch with the guy? We all know Pacquiao would accept the challenge. Would you Barrera fans be satisfied, knowing this guy completely annihilated Barrera? That's pretty pansy if you don't think Barrera needs to fight his guy again within the next year.

There is unfinished business between Barrera and Pacquiao... (Particulary on Barrera's side). Barrera has fought so many good fighters over such a long period of time that his place in the Hall of fame is strongly secured.

However, that would be the icing on the cake if Barrera was able to avenge his defeat to Pacquiao.

As both a Barrera and Pacquiao fan... I think this fight needs to happen!

He needs to beat Pac IMO and should have little trouble doing so if he comes in and fights like he usually does and did not the night he fought Pac the first time.....

I'd really like to see them fight again regardless if Pac wins against El Terrible or not. I'd like to see Pac fight Marquez again too.

im with you on this, barrera is my favourite boxer and hes place as a legend and hall of fame fighter is already secured, but i really want to him to get in that ring again and try and avenge his loss to pacman. he said he had a lot of problems goin into the fight so now is his opportunity to prove to us that it was the problems that made him lose. if he doesnt fight pacman again then i think it would leave a little blemish on his career. i really hope this fight happens next year regardless if morales beats pacman. barrera needs to fight pacquiao.

thinking about it, I am giving Barera the benefit of the doubt that his mind was not really focused during the first fight with PAC, so I am looking forward to a much more competitive rematch ....

in the same light, I am VERY eager to see a FOCUSED PACMAN against ERIK !!!

plain and simple, it wasn't Pac's best night!!!!!

In rematch he will be mentally and physically prepared. Although I admit, COMIN IN, Pac looked sensational and ready gainst Morales. Too bad ta headbutt weapon of Morales was unleashed that night!
