    Pacquiao/Mayweather Face-Off Now Within Reach?

MORE than two years have passed since fans called for Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. to fight it out so as to resolve differences over their creative goals of being the best out there.

Who’s the hotter and better fighter?

Excellence in prizefighting is at stake here and the upshot could only be determined if the two slug it out for all the marbles, right?

Fight promoters are now saying that barriers or other hindrances that delayed the overdue match-up have diminished.

Negotiators are quietly working on when, where and how they’ll stage the stalled Pacquiao-Mayweather pairing.

It behooves Floyd to take care of business neatly against Victor Ortiz and for the Pacman to crush Juan Marquez decisively for a snag-free blockbuster, say May of next year?

It would be awhile to deep-dish the pie, but its resolution is being worked out evenly.

A bulletin on the Pac-May deal will be dispatched after the Pacquiao-Marquez Manila presser in September.

Answers on how we can afford to defray our share in such a huge boxing extravaganza will be issued if Manila is chosen as the site.

From where we sit, it is looking mighty good. That elusive fight could happen.

Pacquiao and Mayweather are not that picky where it’s going be held.

Their only concern is how to evenly split the huge pot.

Texan tycoon Jerry Jones wants it at his showy Dallas Cowboys Stadium.

Top Rank’s Bob Arum wants it anywhere feasible (Las Vegas?).

Golden Boy Promotions is hushedly working its way into the mix with the Philippines possibly hosting the 2012 thrill of the century.

Jones has been wanting to bring back Manny to his Texas digs, where Josua Clottey and Antonio Margarito were soundly beaten before a cheering hundred-thousand fanatics.

“Let’s have Manny here again sometime and all fans of the great Filipino should come over to watch him fight. I’m pumped up if Mayweather gets the call against Pacquiao. Millions of fans worldwide will see the Pacquiao-Mayweather meeting of a lifetime,” Jones stressed.

Thrilla In Manila II starring Pacquiao vs Mayweather?

    Stay tuned.

Since Mayweather's name is first alphabetically that would be the fair way to do it
