I doubt Margarito can be a healthy 147 pounder, I honestly don't see how that's risky. Kell Brook is a good choice.

Before facing Mayweather, I say put Amir in there with Berto or Mike Jones at 147. Depending on how well he does I wouldn't mind seeing Cotto coming down to 147 to face him.

Then maybe he can fight Mayweather. Depending on if Mayweather beats Ortiz (I'm sure he will), I don't think Khan should automatically get a shot a Mayweather.

He should work is way up and beat a few prospects at 147 before facing Mayweather.

Why should he work his way up. Boxing is a business and Khan vs Mayweather would be great match-up business-wise. Both Berto and Mike Jones could knock him the f_uck out. Why take such a huge risk if Khan would have a good shot to get Mayweather in his first fight at 147?

That's one of the problems with boxing. It's become to much of a business instead of fighters earning it the old fashion way...

I was going to touch on this the other day but it slipped my mind. What's with fighters taking 8 or 9 months off in between fights? See that's the business part. Back in the day, a fighter would fight every month or two. That's the problem...

I doubt that his first fight at 147 will be against an A+ type fighter. Im not surprise if its Shane Mosley.

Maybe someone like Devon or the Berto/Zaveck winner.

And yeah a fight with Kell Brook I think is inevitable as it will be for the British fans..
