To anyone who thinks Ortiz will offer Floyd some kind of threat, take a look at his record.

    Total fights = 33

    Total 12 rd. fights(title fights) = 5

    Total 12 rd. fights at LWW = 4 ; Wins 3, 1 loss
    ******W 9/13/08 Roberto Arrieta (16 losses)
    ******W 12/6/08 Jeffrey Resto (3 losses)
    ******W 4/7/09 Mike Arnoutis (7 losses)
    ******L/TKO 7/27/09 Marcos Maidana

Total 12 rds. fights at WW = 1
    ******W/UD 4/16/11 Andre Berto (w/ 8 12 rd. fights)

    Compare that to:
    Miguel Cotto; 12 rd. fights = 24
    Floyd Mayweather; 12 rd. fights = 23
    Manny Pacquiao; 12 rd. fights = 34

    Summary:
Ortiz has only 5 title fights total, 4 at LWW with 3/1 record, and 1 at WW against the paper titlist Berto.
His first defense at WW is against Floyd.

What makes you think Mayweather can't KO Ortiz? If Mayweather puts on a dominant performance he can definitely wear Ortiz down take his heart and dump him on the ground later in the fight.

BTW...Floyd doesn't underestimate Ortiz. He's just confident that his a-game will be way too much for Ortiz to handle.

Floyd hasn't had a KO since Hatton and he was a guy begging to be punched in the face over and over. He also moved up in weight and it still took Floyd 11 rounds to do it and he couldn't even KO Marquez. He isn't about to KO someone who is going to weigh 155-160 on fight night, its just not going to happen. Floyd has what I like to call "stay back" power, in the sense that when he hits you it makes you think twice about coming in, he doesn't have KO power. I can't even think of one WW he's actually KO'd... I may be wrong, but I can't think of a WW he KO'd. (Moving up to WW like Hatton doesn't count.)

I recently went to an interview for a fire fighter position... I was nervous as faack, so I had cotton mouth and drank lots of water in front of the interview panel. I WAS NERVOUS!!

I saw floyd drinking water like a mofo and playing with the bottle, looking pretty uncomfortable. just saying.
