Yes, and Chambers is a much better boxer than Stiverne and age 40 Austin.

ESPN and Showtime have turned down Chambers-Thompson too. Goossen tried to get it on the second-last Friday Night Fights of the season, but the ESPN bosses said no.

Awww, this is what happens when boxing fans leave on espn without shutting it off. Poker after dark gets higher ratings and espn wastes money on broadcasting something most people don't care about watching.

ESPN buts on such a crap main event as the Dirrell-Engel fight last week and they are not interested in such an intriguing fight as Chambers-Thompson? What a bunch of knuckleheads.

            I think Teddy Atlas lowers ESPN's ratings. He's a terrible commentator/analyst.

What a joke, and they wonder why Boxing is dying in USA. If Thompson and Chambers had a great fight who knows how many kids wouldve said. "Hey dad I want to Box like that guy, can you take me to a gym?"

Instead they will have some slick "AA" midget who will be fighting a mexican midget for main event and everyone will fall asleep.

Shame, and teddy atlas needs to be in jail that POS, someone needs to do humanity a favor and get rid of him and anyone else who carries his genes.

That was a circus act, how the hell was that a main-event? Why did Espn have a fight they knew that was going to be one-sided as a main-event...

At the start of the show they even said "Main Event will be one-sided so dont expect much" << So WTF even have it as a Main Event?

That Engel guy lost more then 20 pounds of body weight to make weight. He was totally drained, I don't even know how thats legal. Dude could have killed himself dropping weight so quickly. He was also fined because he couldn't make weight even tho he was a late replacement. HAHAHA, it's funny because its messed up.
