It's gotta be the Pacquiao fans. He has an entire nation on their side. Imagine if Donaire would of left Top Rank.. I think they all would of turned their back on him if that would of happened. Guys like Mayweather are like Rappers.. Once their buzz is gone, it's on to the next one. That's how I feel some(not all) Mayweather fans will be. Can't front though, they'll be some Floyd fans that would probably be heart broken when his gets that 1 L on his record

Most don't care about doniare since he fights at a weight class only hardcore boxing fans care about and has NO chance of making a mainstream cross over plus he's what 30?

Either way, he's a Filipino fighter. They'll back him up when he fights a big fight, but they will never be on his nuts like they are with Pacman. National pride goes a long way with guys from small nations like the Philippines

The simple answer to your question is that both parties will take it equally as bad, and short of a devastating, unequivocal knockout victory there will be a hatful of excuses and conpiracy theories.

That sadly is the situation that has been allowed to build and fester for so, so long.
