I've just seen that on ESB, according to Maxboxing the fight did a 3.1 on HBO. What does a 3.1 mean in terms of numbers? Is it good, OK, or bad?

I believe those are incredible numbers (at least for boxing) but I am not sure how many people that equals.
Now was that a good fight to get people interested in coming back? I think it may have been despite Judah's performance.
