    Comments Thread For: Anthony Peterson To Make Ring Return in Late August

    Trainer Barry Hunter has advised BoxingScene.com that lightweight contender Anthony Peterson (30-1, 20KOs) will finally return to the ring at the end of August. The fight is going to take place under the Prize Fight Promotions banner. Peterson has been inactive since last September's seven round disqualification loss to Brandon Rios. Ironically, Peterson was favored to win but it was Rios who dominated the action, scoring two knockdowns and eventually winning after Peterson was DQ'd for repeated fouls.
