well after watching pavlik's last fight, i'd say there's no need for this. the rematch could possibly turn out worse for him imo, who knows, but i doubt martinez would want to move up, i think he's comfortable at MW.Comment

I thought Pavlik looked really bad and took too many hits against Lopez.
Hopkins who is not slick, but defensive, alread outboxed Pavlik pretty bad at 170lbs, Martinez did it at 160. I'm sure if the money is right, Martinez would go up to 168 to fight Pavlik, then back down to 160 to fight Abraham and Taylor. Cause I don't think he wants any part of the big boys Andre Ward, Andre Dirrell, Carl Froch, Mikkel Kessler but I can see him taking on Lucian Bute for his titles in Canada.Comment

Pavlik makes sense....
..Ghost is just to big of a guy to fight at 160, hopefully Martinez gives him a shot at 168. Pavlik will need a belt at 168 though to lure Matinez to fight.Comment

It's over for pavlik. the fat lady has just chugged the bottle. Pavlik blew his career and his chance via alcoholism abuse, ignorance and staying in that dump Youngstown, Buys a bar which is like giving visine eye drops to a peeping Tom.
