    If the commission allows something isnt that fighting under their rules?

    If it wasnt it would be illegal right?

      Before somebody brings it up. In the rules it says the fighters can negotiate things between eachother like ring size and drug testing

        Why not put USADA into all boxing fight in United States. I think it will be a great idea and we can't say Floyd is targeting only his closed competitor. I still think this Test demand is Floyd way to Duck Manny.
