I have to agree. Ortiz ended up coming across as an unbalanced creep. Mayweather was clearly uncomfortable and deflected all eye contact to Kellerman.
I think Floyd may now think different of this fight. Victor is bigger and his act weirded him out. Floyd gets intimidated easily, he is not mentally strong. It was a strange victory for Ortiz.Comment

If you look earlier is this thread, you had a bunch of people talking about how Ortiz was owned, how Mayweather was playing mind games with him, etc.
I was the only one who mentioned that Floyd looked nervous, as he was playing with his water bottle and came up with the "what did he say? I wasn't paying attention" nonsense.
Now, finally, there has been 3 different people have mentioned what I said from the beginning: Mayweather seemed to avoid eye contact with Ortiz. (based on what we saw; these interviews are heavily edited)
This is not to say that Floyd is scared of him, as I think he's definitely not. I just think the "Victor Ortiz got owned" talk is nonsense.Comment

I seen Mayweather look him in his eyes a few times, Towards the end he looked directly at him and asked him to tell him his gameplan
again I just think your seeing what you WANT TO SEEComment

Mayweather never looked at Ortiz in the eye for a prolonged period of time. Victor did do so. (I'm talking about a quiet, intense stare)
You are probably seeing what you want to see.Comment
