oh man, this would be a great fight to see. i think rios can overwhelm ortiz, but idk, i'd root for ortiz. maybe if rios moves up to 140 already, perhaps in a couple years we can actually see this (if rios' run at 140 is good). i'd go with ortiz stopping rios though (for 140 and 147)
