Great thread.
I've said this from the beginning. Amir was already millionaire when he was a teenager. Although money is important, his real motivation is building a legacy and being remembered as a great.Comment

Khan is daring to be great.
Bradley is looking to cash out. Which is why he wants to fight a bum to protect his undefeated record, and then go for the big money against Pacquiao.
The moment I heard Bradley say "What happens if I lose to Khan" was the moment I knew this guy wasn't in it for the legacy.
I can't believe at one point I actually thought Bradley was gonna be that hard working guy who was willing to fight anyone, anywhere, anytime. Boy was I wrong on that one.Comment

wtf!?!
but yeah, the criticism is well deserved. bradley is cashing out for a pacquiao paycheck instead of proving who the best 140 lber is by facing khan, who also brings a nice paycheck, but obviously not the biggest that can be made.
yeah, this of course. i'm not sure, but i have a feeling bradley knows he'd be the underdog and probably would lose to khan. that'd mess up his chances of getting a pacquiao paycheck. so losing his 0 to khan, not getting a shot at that pac paycheck is why bradley is ducking khan...Good post.
I haven’t got much to add other than I’m disappointed but not surprised. Khan has shown a willingness to prove his worth as top dog in the division I don’t think it has even entered his thought pattern that he could loose to Bradley he is 100% confident he would win. Bradley on the other hand doesn’t fancy his chances of beating Khan at all.Last edited by chiguy91; 07-27-2011, 04:26 PM.Comment

I saw Bradley in that same fashion. is why I'm very disappointed in how Bradley handled this whole thing.Khan is daring to be great.

Khan has fought many twice since Bradley has, and will look to do more. Bradley is what, 28, and Khan is 3 or 4 years younger. He will achieve more in his career than Bradley!Comment
