Recently Amir Khan has gone on record in front of the media and openly called out Floyd Mayweather Jr. He is verbally agreeing to full random blood testing with no cut-offs. Freddie Roach has stated he backs Amir Khan and is happy for his 'guy' to submit to all testing.

So... If he fully supports Khan, why has he not taken this stance with Manny Pacquiao?

I think that Top Rank and Golden Boy/Mayweather Promotions have made an agreement to meet sometime in 2012 that way the Pacman and Mayweather fight will have the waiting suspense like Tyson-Lewis. Khan may come before the PAcman fight since its a big money fight too in the UK...I seriously think they all made an agreement to clear out the division until they cant milk any other fights before the big showdown

'Cause by now just about everyone is catching on that Manny might be on something he can't get out of his system soon enough to pass the test. Hence the long delay from Pacquiao.
