Antonio Tarver vs. Clinton Woods

Woods is trying to negotiate this right now. I've put a poll so we can think who would win.

If this fight happened I'd be prepared to put 40 million down on Woods. Know why? Cos people would snap my arm off to take that bet. I bet the only Woods fight most people have seen is when he got dominated by Roy. But styles make fights and I think this one would be close, if not a late Woods TKO.

I think Tarver would win but i wouldnt count Woods out, he's improved a lot recently.

I just can't see Tarver posing problems for Woods that 2002 Roy would do. Tarver looks like a giant next to Roy, but Clinton's the same height. There's no record of Clinton's reach, but assuming it's the same or comparative then it's only the southpaw stuff that will trouble him.

Thing is, Tarver's lazy and underestimates opponents sometimes. Woods has got better conditioning, particularly his last four fights.

You have a funny taste in British fighters Anorak. You like Woods, Witter, Eastman, and Williams.

I can understand the Eastman thing, (I saw him fight live once - against Robert McCracken at the Wemberley conference centre)... But wouldn't you rather be a fan of exciting fighters like Hatton and Calzaghe?

I've been a fan of Eastman's over the years but he has frustrated me in the past.

I thought he beat Joppy and got stitched up by the judges/scorecards... But I just felt like he fought the whole fight in 3rd gear.

I thought... "Why are you holding back!?! GO FOR IT!!!"

I don't really like Hatton's clubbing style and his holding... it's only since the hate on here that's turned me onto him a bit.

Calzaghe's okay but he never gets his wife pregnant... he's always pulling out early.
