he knows it's a "million" the same way that he knows that $2.2 mill is nearly $2.5 mill. he kniws by exaggeration.

At the same time he did say something correctly, that Bradly does not have Khan's "looks".. and of course, in this, Bradley is fortunate, although I don't think the poster meant it that way. It is no crime not to be handsome, so we can at least say, that Khan, whatever his bumptuous, obnoxious personality, is definitely NO criminal.

tim is siting out for a bigger pay day but i just dont see how much bigger it could be considering he is not a draw. think about this, marquez is getting 5 million to fight pacquiao but that's
after 2 wars and the country of mexico as a fan base.

what does bradley bring? he not even the king of his division...

Tim was offered $1.4m I think. Plus 50% PPV. He would have earned around $2m+.

Which is 50% more than the career-high purse of $1.3m he got for fighting Alexander.

Cowardly move by Bradley. People nowadays are only in it for the money, not the legacy. We would have had a new undisputed/lineal champ. But now it looks like it ain't happening.

He was guaranteed to get 1.5 million I believe, before PPV, not 1.2.

It was 1.4 million at least, but as I remember HBO added more to convince Bradley since he was crying about money.

He was guaranteed 1.4mills plus 50-50 on everything else, plus a 80/20 split with shaw..
He would of made 2.5 mills easily

His gurantee for the alexander fight was 1.1mills

Don't think that your math is correct cause others take a slice of the ppv. But it was a fight that Bradley should had taken cause there are no garauntees that he can secure a payday like that.

The Alexander fight was a let down and did nothing for his drawing power

Hbo is dumb, weren't they the ones over-paying Berto? Probably still are. I don't understand how HBO even makes money in boxing since they pay alot of money for boxers with low-fan bases. Calzaghe, Pacquiao, Klitschkos all sold alot. I think Calzaghe used to sell like 30,000 tickets to his fights, Pacquiao has hit like 55,000, and Klitschkos have hit 60,000 the most in this sport.

I don't know how much Mayweather Jr. has sold in seats and ppvs but I'm sure its alot with his mouth.

floyd and manny would probably get a 95/5 split over bradley.

he obviously thinks he'd lose to khan since a loss to khan would mean no pac fight and he's holding for the money that could get him.
