No because those are washed up fighters...Marg didnt need to be in the ring with Pac...so Why would Floyd fight him AFTER Pac already destroyed him when he was washe dup...he is MORE washed up now...and same for Cotto...I give Pac credit for Cotto..But Floyd shouldnt fight cotto cuz he is FAR from who he used to be...He needs to beat Ortiz, Khan...some top guys to earn his way back to the top...beating foreman and mayorga didnt do anything but give him a little confidence

He is obviously very skilled and that is a big part of his success, but it also has to do with his choice of fights. He doesn't need to watch fights because Al Haymon watches fights of his prospective opponents for him and chooses the right opponents to make him look good. Al Haymon has admitted that's what he does for his fighters, trying to get them minimum risk fights for the most money. It's no coincidence Floyd has managed to avoid all the best fighters from 140-147, besides Mosley who he only agreed to fight when he was 38 and had more than a year layoff and when he had no other possible opponent.
