one thing that bugs me is that he(brewster) has that bogus win over meehan. he actually lost that fight. let's suppose that the judges called it correctly up until round 11. now, all meehan had to do was win the 12th round to win the fight. he surely did, and even the commentator's were like wtf, as the judges somehow gave the 12th to brewster.

don't believe me? go back and watch the 12th for yourself. that was the deciding round in the fight as noted by the judges scores going into the 12th.

that was one of the worst-judged fights I've ever seen (besides one I watched that took place in the UK where an up and comer was given the decision even though he got whooped by this white dude who looked like papa smurf, but then again, in England the ref is the decider of the fight, and when it's only one guy making the call, a wrong decision in the eyes of the money could wind him up dead)

the point is, Brewster lost that fight...
now I know that him and meehan are friends, so maybe he was holding back, but Brewster lost that fight.

but then again, every single time I watch a fight with Don King lingering nearby, the outcomes only makes me more and more sure that he's got the whole thing corrupted.
