Look, I agree with Dana because it was Floyd who opened his mouth about MMA in the first place. In a boxing ring, there's nobody who can deal with someone like Floyd but in a MMA fight, he will get killed.

Floyd ran his mouth, discredited MMA and acted like he could KO anyone in the sport. He's fooling himself and he would never step into the ring in MMA, no matter how much money is offered to him.

Floyd is a great fighter, one of the best boxer I have ever seen but as a person, he IS everything that is wrong in boxing. So is his uncle and father, low life's who showed him the ropes.

Makes sense....Dana hates when fighters have the audacity to act as individuals. expecting to be properly compensated for putting their lives on the line and committing their lives to their craft.

He's tired of having mayweather as the example of how fighters can get paid.....he's tired of having some of his guys from strikeforce threaten to go into boxing because they aren't getting the money or the fights they want.

Oh yeah, and that pesky Mayweather bringing up the steroid issue will also have an effect on MMA if rules are eventually instituted by a commission such as nevada. and that includes the guy he mentioned...sean sharkROIDS sherk.

Nothing new here, the majority of people believe that Mayweather is ducking a fight with Pacquiao. It doesn't take one of the biggest fight promoters in the world saying it to see that.

Nothing new with the MMArtist vs Boxer match up, either. But, Floyd will make sure that the odds favor him before ever stepping into a cage. Probably by taking away any grappling through clauses or disregarding contractual weight limits.

I don't hate Dana White nearly as much as so many others seem to, but he's literally the definition of "hater." Boxing has actually had a ****load of good fights and solid matchups (even on paper) in the last year or so, but Dana wouldn't give a shred of credit to the sport no matter what.

I'm reluctant to buy that Floyd's "everything that's wrong with the sport" when he fights once a year at best.
