Because it's not either/or. It's not a case of fighting one or the other. He can fight Khan this year, and Pacquiao next year. And he can't fight Pacquiao this year because Pac is fighting Marquez. And you keep ducking that fact and pretending that if he fights Khan this year then he can't fight Pacquiao next year. That would only be true if you think he'd lose to Khan.

Your putting it as it is either or...Bradley is not fighting Dave that's a fact..He is in a court battle with the fat man..We have no clue where the dude is signing or who the dude is fighting next..Those are facts,you really believe Bradley is spending his time worrying about Khan or fans who will turn on you at the drop of a hat??Listen Bradley's next moves tell the story,dude has 1.2 mill on the table with HBO he will most likely pick that up from fighting a contender and defending his belt or belts..Then he will have the choice Khan(if still interested)or maybe Pac..Or maybe RG who knows,that's the point nobody does..Let the smoke clear you'll be able to see better..

The question was, who is next for Manny? And, who is next (after Ortiz) for Floyd..... assuming that both Manny and Floyd win their upcoming fights?

As I posted earlier, it will not be Khan, because he will not fight Manny, and he will not fight Mayweather next.....

This article was posted a few minutes ago, and Roach states that Khan will defend at JWW before moving to welter. Earlier they stated that Khan will take at least one fight at 147 before he jumps into a bout with Mayweather, so a Floyd fight aint happening til late 2012 at the earliest..... most likely 2013.

Manny might fight Mike Jones, but I dont think Mayweather will.

Bradley has already fought at welter, has already been mentioned as an opponent for both, and will take that fight NOW.

I tell you what, I will agree with you 100%, if you answer 3 questions.....

Assuming the Pac/May fight doesnt happen next.....

1.) If not Khan, who is most qualified to land a fight with Pac after JMM?

2.) If not Khan, who is most qualified to land a fight with Floyd after Ortiz?

3.) If Bradley does land a fight with either Pac or May next - and he is likely the best option for both, unless you can come up with a name - what will you say when I repost your earlier comment which alludes that Bradley ducked Khan to fight Manny?

Shiiiiiitt. From the sounds of it now, Schaeffer won't ever make this fight. Which to me, if what he's saying is true that BRADLEY is SAYING (to Golden Boy) he could be ready in January- it sounds like we only hear half stories and could lead more credence to his Promotional problems. If Bradley goes to TR then we could end up never having this fight. Doesn't sound like GBP even wants him at this point. And if Bradley goes to TR (if GBP doesn't want him then where else does he have to go?) I can see another ugly Pac/May type of negotiations between the two, because no way Bob will allow Bradley to take less then half of everything. I guess then we'll get to see how well Bob and Richards 'secret dinner meeting' really stands up.

I know there's a lot of Khan fans that say 'Good. Bradley had his chance', but I have a hard time believing they really don't want to see this fight. If nothing more then for their hope of Amir beating Timmy. 'Twil be interesting.

I believe that Bob Arum has used the promise of a potential Pac-fight to entice Bradley to sign with Top Rank.

Tim wants his payday, and is not interested in risking it, by fighting Khan.

I have heard all of this before.

no, bro. bradley clearly says in this article that khan is not in his plans, meaning he's not going to face him (or try to make that fight happen). he said he's looking out for his fam and looking at the bigger fish, bigger fights. that could only mean he's holding out for a shot at either pac or may when they're available (meaning he hopes to land a fight next year against either guy). if khan isn't in his plans, then there's no way he'll take him as a tuneup or stay busy fight. also, about the shaw dispute, bradley could've easily said the reason he's not fighting is because of that, but instead he says khan isn't in his plans. whether you like to hear it or not, i'm convinced bradley is afraid of losing to khan because khan can easily hand him his first loss, thus losing his opportunity in getting the biggest paycheck he can get in this sport (vs pac or may). bradley is ducking khan man, no another explanation. there is no smoke, and there is no reason to believe there is any.
