Bradley vs Jones for Pacquiao shot?

Does anyone see this fight as a good choice, with the winner getting a shot at Manny in May 2012 assuming Floyd fights Khan instead?

It's a pick em fight for me. Jones has a ridiculous size advantage, but he doesn't do well under pressure as shown in the Bruseles and Soto Karass fights. If Bradley can get inside on the bigger fighter, he could win, but if he doesn't he'll get outboxed. This is seriously as 50/50 as you can get.

    Who would win, and how?

      Jones shouldn't even be considered

Probably not the most likely choice, but both are in line for Pacquiao, so why not have them fight for the spot? Especially if Tim goes to Top Rank.

I still see Soto, Guerrero or Morales as the most likely choices though.

Not gonna happen. Pac's first fight next year will be against Bradley. Arum will build up Jones, then it will be Pac on fall 2012.

On paper this is an easy fight for him, but style wise it isn't at all. Bradley does pretty much everything he hates, but with speed and decent defense behind it.

If Bradley ends up at TR Arum would not put his future top Jr WW and WW in the ring together for a while at least...

You're probably right. But I still think it would be a good scrap.

Jones is not that good, he is a better person then a boxer tho. I know people who have met him, he is a great kid. He might be better with a different trainer, but not everyone can be an elite.
