Freddy Roach is the absolute BEST!
His contribution to the sport has been endless and Boxing would be NOTHING without him today. Kahn & Manny are very wise having him in their corner.

Get a grip man! He's just a good trainer. There have been many before him. There are trainers around today that are just as good and there will be others in the future. To say boxing would be nothing without him is ridiculous.

These guysa re looking so far ahead its sad.. first things first, Amir needs to prove himself and face his daddy Prescott again to avenge his defeat and fight someone his own size and height because Prescott will destroy moscloskey and will call him out immediately afterwards so don't go running to welter just yet Khan guys calling Bradley scared yet he won't even get back in the ring with someone who knocked him unconscious in less than a minute lol comedy ..

It pays to be a pupil of Freddie Roach. He closely observes the fight from his corner and during breaks he tells his fighter what to do...and that is what a good trainer should be doing. The Mayweathers are different. They trash talk all the time. If their fighter can not beat the other guy, they accuse the other guy of drug use.

Freddie is doing a great job with Amir, but helping him to avoid the guy (Breidis Prescott) that knocked him out won't protect his legacy from being tarnished as a paper champion. This is a 40 year old talking. To be great, you have to make an attempt to rematch, especially if your a young fighter.

McCloskey will outbox Prescott and win a very boring UD, as would Khan if they ever fought.

And Khan would be ****** to rematch Prescott when he's coming off two bad losses to journeymen. If by some miracle Prescott does beat McCloskey that would be different, it would become a viable fight then. But that ain't gonna happen, McCloskey will win - and it would have been ridiculous for Khan to fight Prescott when he was coming off such bad losses and when he isn't even a top 25 Jr Welterweight currently, never mind a top 10 fighter.

Pacquiao didn't rematch Torrecampo or Singsurat. Do you think that means Pac is scared of them? Duran didn't rematch Kirkland Laing or even Ken Buchanan. Do you seriously think Duran was scared of Laing and Buchanan? If you do you're an idiot. If you don't, you are guilty of serious double standards.
