IMO Bradley is the man at 140. I feel his wins are better than Khans. That said, it is obvious that they are the 2 that are left now. The fight should be made. Bradley needs to take care of his contracted, easy payday, and then fight Khan. Im sure the winner gets whatever primadonna they want.
140
Bradley
Khan
Ortiz
Madaina
Peterson
Kotelnik
Matysse
Alexander
Holt
Judah
What a stacked division
Terrible gives them all troubleComment

So technically his contract isn't over, right? Just like Pacquiao and Roach were making a lot of noise about fighting Floyd when he had his court issues, Khan is making the same noise now because Tim has his issues with Shaw. Now that Floyd is back on his grind, I don't hear too much talk from Pac and Roach about wanting to fight Floyd.
Tim did offer to fight Khan instead of McCloskey (when his contract wasn't an issue) didn't he? Why didn't Khan take the fight then? Khan and Pac are good at getting gullible fight fans to believe their nonsense.Comment

He wasn't going to fight him anyway. Khan beating Zab wasn't needed to inhibit Bradley from the fight. Everyone knew Khan was going to win. Bradley is in a quandary now. All his momentum and popularity is gone, and he needs to take this fight if the chance arises again.Comment

Bradley's contract with Shaw wasnt a issue till he decide to duck Khan and not honor his 2nd fight in the 2 fights contract with Shaw and HBO.Forgot to quote your message.

He got offer his biggest pursue by far with favorable terms from and Khan and Shaw and he still decided to not fight, then Shaw sued him. So dont try and say he didnt fought Khan because issues with his contract!!!!Comment

A whole bunch of talking going on now but when Bradley gets his personal effects in order and returns to the ring, all these people will be quiet once again. When Bradley starts to chase down Khan for the fight I can already here it: "Bradley, you had your chance, now Khan is bigger than the sport itself and you aren't a big enough name."
It won't even matter though because once Mayweather beats Ortiz and then has Khan lined up and beats Khan....what will Khan have? A record with 2 losses on it and back to square one.Comment

Ok first of all, Khan is #1 at 140. I dont care if you want to sit and compare Khans opponents vs Bradleys but you cant not fight for 6 months while the other guy took 2 more fights. He's not fighting in August, and without a contract and a pending lawsuit he probably won't fight in September, October if he's lucky. That's at least 9 months of inactivity to come back and probably fight a scrub for a tune up.
The McCloskey fight had nothing to do with Bradley/Khan. Tim had the HBO date of July 23 before Khan and even called Khan out on HBO ("stop running khan, stop running", remember?).
He clearly says you will see me July 23rd in the ring. I want Khan. Khan says aight lets do it, I'm gona even give you half of the PPV revenue, and Bradley got shook. I believe he does have contractual problems, but he called Khan out, gave the date, got the money and bailed. He could have easily said I want Khan after I renew/review/renegotiate my contract but didnt.
So losing to a #2 p4p undefeated boxer puts you at square one? In Floyds last 25 fights only 3 had records with less than 30 total fights meaning most of these guys were already seasoned vets. I dont think an Ortiz loss, or a Khan loss to Mayweather would drop them to the bottem of the totem pole. Ortiz has 2 losses right now and has a title, these guys are still fairly young.Comment

Why fight Amir, when you can get a shot at the..
top tier fighters like Jr and Pac...high risk high reward...!!!not that I'm counting out Tim against Amir but Khan is another version of Victor who has what it takes to actually be great after a loss...Bradley has established himself therefore..more money on the table or the P4P best!Comment
