Is tim bradley a slick black american???

They mentioned last night bradley turned down a khan fight to angle himself for a possible pacquiao fight. Bradley has also long been on the list of fighters that pac has supposedly avoided and/or would never fight.

So does tim bradley who is a come forward fighter that leads with his head fit the profile of slick black american that would end the pacquiao hypetrain? or if pacquiao knocks him silly does he become a 3rd rate fighter who avoided the top fighter of his own division and too small to be in the ring with pacroid in the 1st place?

He's definitely a "black American," but he gets hit a fair amount. He's pretty good at minimizing impact and slipping under shots though. The problem is he pops his head back up and straight into the face of his opponent quite a bit.

Interesting, I honestly don't know, he uses Slick Head Movements Defensively, but I wouldn't say he is COMPLETELY SLICK, Bradley is not a defensive first fighter, he is not afraid to stand and trade and he is not afraid to get hit

Mayweather is Slick, Martinez is Slick, Chad Dawson is Slick (especially for a guy his size), Andre Dirrell, Pirog uses slick movements, Gamboa is slick, Nonito Donaire is slick, Guillermo Rigondeaux, Brad Solomon, Henry Lundy, Adrien Broner, Garry Russell Jr just to name a few, those are guys I consider SLICK or uses slick movements, when I think of Slick Fighters, I think "SLIPPERY" "HARD TO HIT" "CAN MAKE OPPONENT MISS HIM...A LOT"

hate to break the news to some of you who make everything about race on this forum, but not every Black/African American fighters are slick and not every slick fighter is Black/Africa American

DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK, learn about boxing and its history...I take it some of you have never HEARD OF WILLIE PEP? He wasn't "Black/African American"

I don't know where all of these ****** fans come from, actually, I do know.

But anyways, calling guys like Berto and Bradley slick is ******, and only one fanbase does this. Every one else knows that the only real slick fighters from 126-160 are Gamboa, Broner, Guzman, Mayweather, Solomon, Martinez, and Pirog.

I would say Lara is a little bit slick but I need to see more of him. Judah is a little bit slick too.

The thing is that there are more slick African American fighters than any other style. So the slick style is almost universally known as being an African American, but I agree it's not.

But if you look at the best slick fighters in boxing history, the majority are black. Just like if a fighter fights like a brawler, some people would say "he fights like a Mexican" or "he's a warrior" which is a label that usually is used on Mexicans cause brawling is very popular in Mexican boxing, like slick fighting is very popular in the U.S., especially Michigan, Philly, New York, East Coast/Mid West boxers.

I would say hes kind of slick but I wouldnt consider him a a slick slick boxer. He pretty much is a do whatever he has to do to win type of fighter whether it be brawl, box, potshot, whatever. He kind of reminds me a bit of Hopkins. He just figures out what style to apply to your style and he fights you according to what he thinks makes you uncomfortable. You know how Hopkins looked slick against Pavlik but more warrior like against Pascal, Bradley reminds me of him a little bit. Somewhat slick when he can get away with it but more of an "adapt to your style" type of fighter.
