any active boxer vs. prime winky at 154

From 97-04 winky was a superb lmw only dropping highly contentious decisions to brown and vargas.

His style was impossible to solve and difficult to look good against. Arguably having a run of 14-0 with 4 by way of knockout he was well conditioned to guy the distance and had enough pop to gain respect.

Today the lmw division is one of the most fractured, but it does seem to be heating up a bit.

If prime winky was around today, assuming politics don't get in the way of fights, is there an active boxer today that can beat him? Not a bs decision but a clean, controversy free, victory.

I think that Martinez would be a very bad match up for Winky... I do think that Winky is underappreciated for what he brought to the table.
