Dimitrenko-Fury would be close to an even matchup.
I'd like to see Fury develop a bit more with a couple of easier opponents like Audley Harrison before stepping up and taking a riskier fight with Dimitrenko. -
Hes doing the right thing because he is not ready at all I would like to see how he grows in the next yearComment

He's 22, should spend the next 3 years living in America. Get the experience, get in even better shape and look to build long-term. Last thing he needs to do is be another casualty fed to the veterans. Good win for him, i'd like to see that fight again though, maybe down the line if Chisora gets back in the gym and gets the fire burning.Comment

I'm glad that Fury exposed this guy.
If Chisora had actually fought a Klitschko the Klit fans would have hyped him up to no end as being an awesome heavyweight. Now we can see the truth that he is nothing but an average fighter at best.Comment

Fury is not of Romany heritage, he's of Celtic heritage. The article was wrong about that.
Irish travellers are often confused with gypsies, because of the similarities in their respective ways of life.
from wiki:
they are not "Gypsy" by ethnicity but Irish by blood and lead a similar yet distinct lifestyleComment

Likely beause either his father or mother were born in Ireland, or their parents were born there. I think they have a rather loose sort of citizenship system. If he was born in Manchester, that was because (one of) his parents, the Irish one(s) went over to England to find work, that most common thing that Irish people did some years ago. As I was growing up there I reckon that 70% of all Irish of work age went to England to get a job. There was nothing in Ireland, except Cattle, Potatoes, Guinness, Whisky, thatched cottages and about 40% unemployed rate. Everyone who could sc**** up the money to get to Canada (America was on a low quota) went, those who couldn't went to England. It cost about $4 to make an overnight boat trip to Liverpool, which incidentally is mostly originally Irish. Ireland exported about 80% of it's produce to England, and the Irish currency was GUARANTEED by the Bank of England. The population had sunk to about 2.7 mill. when I left.
When Ireland joined the ECU there was a huge turn-a-round and many who'd emigrated, returned and got jobs, turning Ireland into the "Celtic Tiger" for so many years. Now they are in bad economic trouble again, and I would not be surprised to hear that the population has begun to decrease again. In the 1840's BEFORE the potato famine, Ireland had a population of over 8 mill.
It used to be a wonderful place, a uniqueness all it's own, until ruined by Industry and the "American way of life".Comment

Ireland has a kind of "split-personality" system. Ireland are now 2 separate and independent Sovereigh States, yet, because of the history of Nationalism, and the hundreds of years of rebellions and uprisings against the British Crown, some of it still remains. For instance, The Republic of Ireland, (known in Ireland as the 26 counties) is separated by a border from the remaining original 6 counties, which is a part of the Britain.
But the (still Nationalistic) Irish Republic, recognise that a Northern Ireland fighter-like Martin Brogan-can fight for the (ALL) Irish title...(as well as for the British titles). The Irish international cricket and rugby teams are composed of players from both North and South, (whilst the soccer teams are separate)........
As I said at the beginning....as sort of "split personality....."Comment
