how come he didnt get any warnings for headbutting khan?

I didnt see any intentional stuff. I saw most of the headbutting just coming from the fact that its a righty vs a Southpaw and Khan comes in with straight hands throwing alot of punches while Zab tries to fade back but then lean in real quick to catch you with the left uppercut

there were no intentional headbutts and he got the worse of them any way so why would he intentionally **** himself up?
