I said that for the last couple of years that Khan could beat Mayweather, he had the style, skills and attributes to do it but lacked the experience.

I predicted than by 2012 the balance of power would have shifted towards Khan and if he were to fight Mayweather then he would be favourite in my book to win the fight.

Khan succeeded last night where Mayweather failed by stopping Judah and was far more dominant that Mayweather.

Khan has the physical attributes to be Mayweather, height, speed, work rate and athleticism advantages. There reach is about equal but Khan again showed further improvements in footwork last night and Mayweather has been looking more static as the years continue.

Khan has one of the best jabs in boxing, fast, strong, accurate, the jab is a punch that Floyd struggles with and finds hard to counter.

Khan is also hard to hit, and is improving his defence all the time, Mayweather, will find it difficult hitting Khan, with his high guard and quick jabs.


If this fight happens next year, I will be betting on Khan.

Floyd will be on the downward spiral and Khan will be in his prime.

Both fighters will try and fight in the centre and Khan will have the edge here IMO


Don't think it will be a one side affair, Floyd will cause Amir problems but Khan to come away with UD by about 2-3 rounds.

Are you saying Khan wasn't running for the second half of the fight against a one dimensional Maidana?

Khan showed in his last fight vs Maidana that he can't fight going backwards and has no inside game. Highguard while eating upercuts and galloping around the ring with the perfect ref saved him.

But hey, at least we saw a rematch...not. Khan is an overrated hypejob.

Khan already this year vs Maidana that he has no lateral movement and can't fight going backwards. He resulted into shelling up against the ropes and eating the same punches over and over and over again. He had no plan B. He didn't adapt. Why are you so blind to this?
