The official attendance for @amirkingkhan-@superjudah was 7,279. The arena did fill in a bit more just before the main event. #boxing

Not bad. Khan is getting bigger and bigger in the US. The fight was a top trend in the US and worlwide.

There were a TON of giveaways. The fight was selling badly in the days leading up to the fight.

I dont think those numbers are impressive at all. To hear Khan and his people talk you would think he was the most "must see superstar" on the planet. To me it seemed at the beginning the crowd was more in favour of Judah.

Theres a danger of US fans feeling shortchanged by Khan just like what happened to him in the UK cos of all those Frank Warren PPV on SKY against complete bums. Khan was booed when he got the stoppage win in his last UK fight. That should tell you all you need to know about his popularity over here.

Its a shame really, as soon as he starts to live up to the hype he's already alienated a lot of boxing fans cos of the way his business has been handled.

edit: Khan won me over when he beat maidana, who I dont really rate but at least it proved Khan wasnt a paper champ, so I'm not talking personally
