also i was suprised when i heard pac had a 16 inch neck( same as joe louis) probaly cause he has a huge head

Tyson had a 20in neck, now that was big.

Pacquiao's wrist are freakishly big for his size. He has the wrist of a heavyweight. His fist and forearms are much bigger than average too.

No doubt these help to his awesome punching power.

My dad who was a construction worker had Popyee forearms he stood 5'5 inches in heieght. I boxed amatuer and I had Mike Tyson type power, I trained my nephew who fought as a flywieght but hit as hard as a 140 pounder. We never took roids.
