Did Castillo have an advantage? A non-biased response please.

Now I'm not a boxer so I don't know what toll making weight takes on the body, so I can't comment on whether Castillo had an advantage or not. But I can propose a scenerio that may help answer my question.

    Scenerio:
    - Boxer A has a normal weight of 150. He makes weight at 135 and comes in at 150 for the fight.
    - Boxer B also has a normal weight of 150. Let's say he doesn't have to make weight, so he never goes down to 135. He comes in at 150.

Who has the advantage and why?

If the answer is Boxer B, then wouldn't that mean Castillo had an advantage? Regardless of whether it was only 3 pounds, an advantage is an advantage right?

Like I said, I'd like a non-biased intelligent answer please. Thanks.

Dumbass. I'm not making excuses nor did I ask for your opinion.

I'm not saying Castillo had an advantage; I'm ASKING if he did and I'm asking for substantial intelligent backup.

Amazing how I said no dumb**** answers and all I get are dumb**** respones.

Ok, but did Castillo had to weigh in at 135 though or a larger weight?

NO beceause they weighted in at close weights before the fight. Therefore he didn't have an advantage. If anything he had an disadvantage emotionally before the fight speculating what will now happen cause he didn't make weight and he had to make 147 or he would get fined. So he was disadvantaged. Stop making execuses. Corrales is not a great fighter and he has a glass chin.

I think Corrales had the advantage. He was not the one struggling to make weight.

                    Castillo had ta advantage!!!!

                    1. Agreement was 135lbs, he came in over ta limit heavier.

                    2. History tells us, 140lbs SHOULD BE TA WEIGHT OF CASTILLO'S FIGHT TONIGHT HAD HE BEATEN CORRALES last time. Shows, that he is already accustomed to bein a fat ass! He should fight sumone his size. MIGUEL COTTO!
