Who knows though? Maybe Marquez was just sluggish from all the weight gain, and couldn't pull the trigger. We'll never know for sure.

you only need to look at him at that fight. heck, even during the 24/7 episodes during his training you could see him not being his best.

i only wish Pac would have fought marquez a third time at 140 or even lower, which is why i'm quite disappointed in him for fighting him at 144, even if it is at catchweight.

I could agree on almost all points except for one, I do give Floyd credit beating Marquez..

floyd is indeed extremely talented. one doesn't accomplish what he did without the level of skill he has shown.

but like i said earlier. true, floyd beat marquez and beat him good.

but i won't praise a cat for beating a mouse.

just like i won't praise Pac for fighting marquez a third time at 144.

The only reason why he beat Marquez's a$$ in such a manor, was because Floyd was 2 pounds heavier than he should've been in that fight.

I can gurantee you that if he had've came in at 144 instead of 146, Marquez would've stopped him late, somewhere around the 8th-10th round.

How can you 'gurantee' it? Do you have some demonstrative scientific method at your disposal or is your assertion based on the more nebulous rationale of instinct?
